Showing God's love in tangible ways

At Mount Horeb UMC, we believe in showing love in tangible ways. Our Care Team supports church members through meals, cards, visits, and prayer. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, grieving, or just need a reminder that you're not alone, we’re here for you. Trained and background-screened (or -checked) team members also visit our homebound members to bring communion and companionship.
