Kid's Hour Children's Ministry
2025-2026 CLASSES BEGIN September 14, 9:00 a.m.
Kid's Hour is a Sunday morning children's ministry option for families. Kid's Hour overlaps with our time of worship, and is designed to engage children with Bible stories and fun activities. Here's how it works:
On Sunday mornings, children are invited to begin worship in the sanctuary with their families. After the welcome and opening song, children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a brief teaching moment just for them. We close that time with the Lord’s Prayer, helping them memorize this special prayer that Jesus taught us.
Then children are welcome to leave the sanctuary to attend Kid’s Hour. All teachers are trained, background-checked, and teach in pairs. Classes are located just downstairs (accessible by stairs or elevator), and parents are always welcome to join to see what everyone's learning. If you prefer your child to stay with you in worship, that’s perfectly okay too.
