Youth Ministry at MHUMC

We believe our youth don’t just belong to the future of the church — they belong to now. At Mount Horeb United Methodist Church (MHUMC), middle school and high school students join a vibrant community where questions are welcome, service is central, and faith means living out something bigger than ourselves.

Your child’s safety matters to us. All youth ministry volunteers and mentors at MHUMC are trained and background-checked under our Safe Sanctuary Policy, designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and protective environment for youth, children, and vulnerable adults.



• Speak with Pastor Becky or the Church Office to register your student.
• Mentors are always welcome. If you’d like to walk alongside a young person in faith, let us know!
• Watch the church calendar for upcoming youth events and mission-trip details.
• Keep the conversation going at home: ask your teen about what they’re learning, what questions they have, and how they see themselves serving and belonging.
