Throughout the year we hold various fundraisers that provide extra financial support for the work and ministries of the church. If we have any current fundraisers, you'll see them listed below with details on how to support each one. Thank you!
Brats in the Lot Fundraiser
Saturday, September 26
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 pm
Stop by Miller & Sons Grocery Store in Mount Horeb to purchase delicious grilled bratwurst. Make it a meal deal with chips and a soda. We'll also have home-baked desserts and pies for sale. Your purchase helps support the work and ministries of Mount Horeb UMC, thank you!
Annual Pasty Sale
Saturday, October 17
Pickup: between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Location: Fellowship Hall, Lower Level
Advance orders are now being taken for our annual pasty sale! Pasties are similar to a calzone, and make for quick and easy meals. We assemble and bake them fresh on the day of the sale. They can be eaten right away, or frozen and reheated later.
Two varieties of pasties are available for $7.50 each:
- Traditional – beef, potatoes and onions
- Combo – beef, potatoes, onions, carrots and parsley
Place orders by Wednesday, October 14, using one of three options:
- Online - Click the "Place Order Online" button to order and pay online. You'll be redirected to a secure online ordering page hosted by Zeffy.
- Email - email your order to office@umcmh.org
- Phone - order by calling Patti at 608-845-5148.
- If emailing or phoning your order, please leave your name, phone number and quantity of each variety you are ordering. Email and phone orders will pay at pickup (cash or check only).
